Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection foundation vs Rimmel Lasting Finish 16 Hour Foundation

Both Collection 2000 and Rimmel have come up with a foundation that's supposed to last sixteen hours. They both come in pretty limited shades. The darkest shade that Collection 2000 offers is too light for me, while the darkest Rimmel shade just matches me. To put things in perspective, I wear a Bobbi Brown foundation in Honey.

I ended up with Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation in Sun Bronze - I don't know what the equivalent American shade is. The October issue of British Cosmopolitan mag (Cosmo's Beauty Awards issue) claims that Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse is the Ultimate Foundation, but they also claim that Great Lash is the Ultimate Mascara, so I don't know. I'll be test driving this foundation for a while.

  1. I really wish Rimmel would bring out their darker shade line again. A few years back( with no publicity or press) they came out with darker shades, but i can't find hide nor hair of it on the net. I managed to find a the hide the blemish concealor in deep almond in the hair shop, but nothing else.

I wish Collection 2000 would throw in a few obligatory shades too.
